Welcome to SPABL ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform at spabl.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

SPABL is a platform that connects customers with beauty and wellness service providers. We facilitate the discovery and booking of services but are not ourselves a provider of beauty or wellness treatments.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use another person's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• SPABL facilitates bookings between customers and service providers. We are not a party to the service agreement between you and the provider.
• When you book an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and honor your reservation.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by individual service providers. Please check the specific business's policy before booking.
• SPABL is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services rendered by providers listed on our platform.
• Providers may confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings at their discretion. You will be notified of any changes.

4. Reviews & User Content

• You may leave reviews for businesses you have visited. All reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences.
• You must not post content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• By submitting reviews or any content, you grant SPABL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
• Fake reviews, review manipulation, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.

5. Business Listings & Provider Responsibilities

• Service providers who list their businesses on SPABL are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including services, pricing, hours, and availability.
• Providers must hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required to operate in their jurisdiction.
• SPABL does not guarantee or endorse any specific provider. The "verified" badge indicates that the provider has completed our application process, not that we guarantee their services.
• Providers agree to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using SPABL, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, providers, or SPABL staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or infrastructure.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

7. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. When you use SPABL, we collect and process certain personal information (such as your name, email address, and booking history) to provide and improve the Service.

• We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and secure sessions.
• We may send you service-related emails such as booking confirmations, account verification, and password resets.

• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and technology on SPABL are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• SPABL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• SPABL is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, services provided by third-party businesses, or any disputes between customers and providers.
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SPABL (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where SPABL operates.
